WE’RE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN ACCOUNT MANAGER

Due to demand, we’re looking for someone to join the team in-house, someone that can help shape our future and be a key part of the further growth of the agency.

Tempt is looking to appoint an Account Manager to seamlessly sit alongside the existing team and deliver exciting and innovative campaigns across a range of digital mediums.

We need someone who’s creative, eager to progress and has experience in marketing, PR, social media and content creation for B2C and B2B brands.

The Account Manager will manage multiple clients and projects, it is a pivotal role that will take the agency to the next step.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To develop, implement and evaluate communications strategies in order to support the marketing and PR objectives of Tempt and their clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS INCLUDE:

  • Developing ongoing marketing & PR strategies for clients.
  • Creating content for a range of varied clients, managing and monitoring marketing channels.
  • Managing client requests, expectations and workflow while being responsive to national news and events.
  • Fully exploiting the social media and digital marketing potential that could be used as part of a wider strategy for the agency.
  • Being an active part of ideas brainstorming and client creatives.
  • Generating and confidently presenting ideas to the team for client and agency projects.
  • Provide ongoing and post-campaign effectiveness reports and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Supporting the team with client proposals and new business development.
  • Champion and grow the Tempt brand across social platforms.
  • Briefing graphic designers and photographers for project assets.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods.
  • Setting up and managing paid adverts and boosted content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Linked In.
  • Managing relationships with bloggers, vloggers and social influencers.
  • Ensuring brand guidelines and partnership agreements are adhered to at all times in consistency of marketing materials across the client portfolio.

YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE:

  • A highly motivated, creative and passionate individual who strives to achieve exceptional results.
  • Copywriting skills must be sharp with the ability to write in multiple tones of voice.

  • Practical experience and interest in the complete range of storytelling and digital marketing techniques.
  • Interest in developments in social media technology and new digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge and interest in digital and social media trends.
  • Organised, with proven time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Commercially focused, financially aware.
  • Good communication skills within and outside the company.

Salary: From £30,000.00 per annum
