Marketing & PR Agency

Frequently asked questions

Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs) you may have when it comes to appointing a marketing and PR agency…

Q: Why hire a marketing and PR agency

A:  In the day-to-day running of your business, it’s hard to view your brand from an outsider’s perspective. We can take a real look at your business and its marketing, and make suggestions that you may not have thought of yet. As an agency partner, we’re honest, approachable and realistic with your objectives, using our consumer insight to create campaigns that suit your target audience’s needs exactly.

We all know time is money. Hiring a marketing agency to do the jobs your internal teams may struggle to keep up with is a real benefit of working with any agency. We often work alongside in-house marketing executives or marketing managers to challenge, plan, and give guidance on how best to use their resources.

Q: What services does your marketing and PR agency offer?

A: Tempt offers a range of marketing services to clients, these include organic social media management, paid social media management, public relations, influencer marketing, graphic design, and events management. We often work with clients on a campaign basis, integrating multiple marketing and PR tactics on a bespoke basis based on the client’s objectives.

Q: What industries and sectors have you worked with in the past?

A: Our agency team has represented brands across the leisure, fashion, e-commerce, wellness, hospitality, and food and drink sectors for many years. Our adaptable strategies and creative solutions have proven successful across various sectors.

A: Yes! We’ve worked on marketing and PR campaigns with Mercure Hotels, Individual Restaurants, Partington’s, Malibu and many more. Check out our projects page here.

Q: What sets your agency apart?

A: We’ve got a diverse team full of different ideas, and we love getting creative / pushing boundaries when it comes to content. Our many years of experience in various aspects of marketing and PR for the hospitality industry has given us a customer focused attitude and an understanding of great service. We bring this to every collaboration, bringing a fresh approach and new ideas to your brand. We’re honest, approachable and realistic with your objectives, using insights to create a clear communications plan that is tailored to your audiences.

Q: How do you measure the success of marketing campaigns?

A: We use a combination of key performance indicators (KPIs) tailored to each client’s objectives. These may include metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement levels, lead generation, return on investment (ROI), and more. We meet with clients on a weekly basis to ensure the messages are fully aligned and therefore more powerful. On a monthly basis, we report with activity updates and coverage analytics.

Q: How do you price your marketing and PR services?

A: For each new project opportunity, we pitch a bespoke proposal to show how we’d approach the project with our initial ideas and recommendations. Costings are worked out based on the amount of team time needed to deliver the suggested marketing and PR campaign. If you’re unsure about the scope of work or size of the budget, we have marketing and PR packages designed to give you an idea. Want to explore our latest packages, get in touch

Q: How much of our time is required?

A: Alongside the fees, we will need you to invest a minimum of four hours per month for meetings to review content ideas, posts and marketing reports. This all works in your favour, we promise. We operate best when we become a fully integrated part of your team.
