Alpine, après-ski style venue Bar Hütte relaunched in two major cities, Liverpool and Manchester, with a new second site at Kampus Manchester. For 2023, we were tasked to take hold of all marketing and PR aspects, promoting the brand and generating bookings across all three sites.

We’ve been working with this client for six years, so first, we evaluated what tactics worked well in previous campaigns and then aligned alongside current trends in the market in order to implement fresh ideas across different media channels that effectively generate interest and bookings for Bar Hütte 2023. We crafted a phased strategy and timeline that meant driving and maximising on reach, engagement, and therefore results in terms of bookings and footfall. We created engaging content that was published across multiple platforms, advertising what makes the Bar Hütte an experience not to be missed.

Followed up with and ensured continuous communication with press, journalists and partners.

We were able to grow Bar Hütte’s social media following by 2,787 in total, with 530 new followers across the three launch events alone. We also gained over 684,000 impressions and more than 6,300 link clicks.
At the launch events, we secured over 585 attendees, with an estimated reach of 1.38 million from influencer social media posts.
In addition to this, we secured 39 total pieces of press coverage, across titles including the Manchester Evening News, Liverpool Echo, and The Manc. This equates to 1.4 million coverage views.
The client remarked that this was the best social media content Bar Hütte has had so far, and that we really understood and captured the brand.
