In summer 2023, Malibu Beach Club launched at Great Northern Square. Brought to you by everyone’s favourite coconut rum brand Malibu and retro bar Pong & Puck, this tropical pop-up terrace had everything from palm trees and colourful deck chairs to holiday vibes and ‘Malibu moment’ photo opportunities. Summer lovers were encouraged to ‘do whatever tastes good’, with DJs, frozen cocktails, summer spirits, and a large, Malibu inspired shot menu.

Our Results

We generated awareness and excitement around Malibu Beach Club through PR activity. 125 people attended the launch event, including many influencers, with a total reach of 597.7k on socials. We secured 16 pieces of online coverage, including the Manchester Evening News, with a total of 558.3K online coverage views. We received great feedback from the client, journalists and influencers!
